POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Talent Operations Partner – Recruiting Programs handles the creation and implementation of recruitment program strategies that maximize best practices to attract and hire top talent. This role supports the governance, oversight, and support for clinical program recruiting and early outreach activities. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation) pineapple

• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with programs and their graduates. 

• Works with assigned recruitment region to ensure marketing efforts and events are effectively building a pipeline of clinicians. This includes pre- and post-event communications to ensure the conversion of attendee prospects into interested candidates. 

• Leads calls with regional recruiters to ensure that they are accountable for new grad candidates assigned to them in the hiring process. 

• Tracks the candidate application process from start to finish, documenting candidate activity in our applicant tracking system. 

• Interviews qualified candidates to determine organizational fit as well as appropriate technical, professional experience and holds required medical licensures. 

• Builds strong relationships and collaborates with clinical hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs and goals. 

• Timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process. 

• Offers an exceptional candidate experience by going beyond the job description during phone screens to provide deeper insight into how the position fits within candidate’s respective skill set as well as how the position works within the company. 

• Plans and attends various recruitment functions for the organization. 

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge and compliance with federal and state employment laws and guidelines. 

• Enriches candidate files in Beamery, which includes adding/updating contact information, education information, level of interest, and geographic preference.  

• Ensures the most up-to-date data is used and redundant data is minimized. 

• Makes timely hiring recommendations. 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs): 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred. 

• 2-5 years of recruitment or program management preferred. 

• Background in healthcare is preferred. 

• Previous experience in clinical recruitment is preferred. 

• Solid attention to detail is a must. 

• Experience with iCIMS, Beamery, Workday, or similar systems is ideal. 

• Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data to solve various reporting needs. 

• Ability to communicate effectively to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
