POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager – Platform Administration is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the platform/practice and ensuring alignment between MSO and clinical operations. This role involves facilitating communication between various departments, managing relationships with customer administrative teams, and spearheading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the Manager – Platform Administration will assume responsibility for the ASC division's book of business, ensuring its effective management and alignment with organizational objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation)

  • Develops and implements improved processes and quality control measures to streamline administrative operations and enhance communication between scheduling, physician division leaders, and customer administrative teams.
  • Serves as a liaison between the Site Chiefs, Chief CRNA, corporate office staff, and other relevant stakeholders to address operational issues, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manages the Clinical Hiring process in collaboration with Site Chiefs, including arranging interviews, coordinating site visits, managing candidate feedback, and providing support for talent acquisition efforts.
  • Oversees the compilation of data and creation of presentations to support business projects and operational initiatives.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for managing resolution between parties and escalates issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provides guidance and support to Operations Team, ensuring effective execution of daily functions and adherence to established procedures.
  • Coordinates meetings for Physicians, CRNAs, and other committees as needed, maintains accurate records, and ensures logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Manages the ASC division's book of business, overseeing its operations and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and performance metrics.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional team members to achieve desired results and supports the implementation of improvement plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Develops and implements administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conducts regular audits of administrative processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manages and supervises the payroll process for locum staff, ensuring accurate and timely payment in compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
  • Collaborates with HR, accounts payable and Finance departments to address any payroll-related issues or discrepancies and maintains detailed records of locum payroll activities for reporting and auditing purposes.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):

  • High school diploma and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required. Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage administrative operations, including scheduling, quality control, and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring staff members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
