POSITION SUMMARY: The Anesthesia Operations Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and strengthening the operational and strategic partnerships across 11 and growing Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) sites within US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) Florida. This role is central to aligning the interests of USAP, anesthesiologist partners, ASC administrators, and surgeon stakeholders in jointly owned facilities. By ensuring seamless operations, adequate staffing, and proactive relationship management, the Anesthesia Operations Manager drives efficiency, quality, and growth across the ASC platform. They will work collaboratively with Anesthesiologist Partners, ASC Administrators, hospital system executives, and surgeon partners while also serving as the operational liaison with internal USAP teams in recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding. The role requires significant on-site presence and relationship-building (up to 50% travel) to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term partnership success.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):
• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent 3-5 years’ experience.
• 1-3 years of hospital-based healthcare experience.
• Experience with managing clinical scheduling.
• 1 year of people management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Skill in gathering and reporting information.
• Multi-tasking skills with ability to manage a variety of projects.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively and independently with staff, physicians and external customers.
