USAP Logo

US Anesthesia Partners is the highest-quality single-specialty anesthesia practice in the United States, with over 6,000 employees distributed across 12 states. Our clinical and non-clinical staff support each other as they work toward a common vision: Empowering people to advance exceptional care.

The Senior Vice President of Operations will be charged with managing a $150M+ P&L, while serving as a strategic operational leader and business partner to the physician leaders of the USAP Tennessee & Indiana practices. The SVP of Operations will oversee services across the practice locations in the Greater Nashville area (with one site in KY) and the Fort Wayne, IN area. The practices’ combined clinical teams consist of nearly 500 physicians and CRNAs.

The anesthesia services space represents a multi-billion-dollar industry that has been growing steadily over the past several years. Clinical service fragmentation and demand-factors have created a favorable dynamic for collaboration and growth in the sector. USAP’s platform is well positioned to capitalize on this dynamic and grow into new geographies, partnerships and patient populations. The successful candidate will lead USAP Tennessee and Indiana through a transformative phase by fulfilling a role as a key constituent and senior leader within the organization.
