POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client accounts within our organization, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and outstanding communication skills to effectively meet the staffing needs of our clients.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with anesthesia staffing operations, including hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of client staffing requirements and align our services to meet their specific needs and preferences.
  • Staffing Solutions: Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to identify suitable candidates for client placements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions.
  • Account Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts, leveraging our range of staffing solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements that meet both client and company objectives.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and offerings accordingly.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue forecasts, and other key performance metrics for internal review and strategic planning purposes.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all client interactions and staffing placements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):

 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in account management.
• Proven experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal team.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent computer skills to include intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
