The Clinical Recruiting Program Specialist handles the execution of events and recruitment programs that maximize best practices to attract and hire top talent. This role supports the governance, oversight, and support for clinical program recruiting and early outreach activities

Job Highlights

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation)

 

Event Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborates with leadership, recruitment and marketing teams to define event goals aligned with clinical workforce needs.
  • Creates detailed event plans, including timelines, logistics, and event staffing.

Logistics & Execution

  • Executes State and Regional events as well as assist with the planning and coordination or student events throughout the year
  • Manages venue selection, catering, AV, exhibitor materials, and event technology as needed (e.g., registration platforms).
  • Ensures booth setup, branded materials, are delivered and functioning on-site.
  • Oversees day-of-event support for internal teams and external attendees.

Branding & Promotion

  • Partners with marketing teams to develop event-specific materials: signage, brochures, giveaways, and digital ads.
  • Mitigates logistical or legal risks associated with travel, vendor contracts, and health & safety protocols.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluates emerging trends in event planning and healthcare recruiting to enhance impact.
  • Conducts post-event debriefs with team members and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of event planning experience
  • Background in healthcare is preferred.
  • Solid attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong Excel skills preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
