The Manager of Clinical Recruitment leads the recruitment and selection process to ensure attraction and retention of the highest quality talent. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with employment legislation and USAP policies to secure talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner while promoting diverse and inclusive hiring practices. The incumbent will help review, implement, and improve the company’s recruitment processes.
