Overview
The Arbitration Manager develops and drives our Arbitration operations. As a key member of a new and complex process within our Revenue Cycle Team, this role directly impacts the trajectory of the business, driving financial performance and organizational growth. The manager will serve as subject matter expert and operational leader within the team and across the organization for Arbitration performance. The manager will drive new implementations, including system required updates, and employee onboarding, while also managing existing processes run by both employees and automation. This role will be deeply analytical, with the ability to use data to drive results.

Job Highlights
• Manages and works with analyst to develop Arbitration trending and analysis that provides leadership visibility into challenges as well as opportunities. Investigates and analyzes issues, patterns, or trends, identifying and implementing process improvement within Arbitration functions.
• Leads implementations across all Arbitration functions ensuring timely deployment of new projects. Must be able to collaborate with multifunctional teams and understand all facets of the process.
• Develops and oversees adherence to operational processes and policies for arbitration across the organization.
• Drives and manages Arbitration operations, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are within goal on a daily basis. Jumps in to directly perform operational tasks as needed. Holds employees accountable to meeting KPIs and provides continuous feedback, training and support when KPIs not met.
• Develops understanding of Arbitration applications and serves as subject matter expert on these tools.
• In collaboration with the Training team, creates and maintains process documentation, ensuring all changes are updated in existing workflow documentation and completes documentation for any processes not recorded.
• Serves as subject matter expert of Arbitration operations to rest of the company, providing proactive resolution of issues and timely response to support team as required.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to scale or streamline processes.
Qualifications
• Solutions-oriented with experience in identifying risks and opportunities and driving positive results.
• Independent thinker with proven ability to perform detailed analysis, make decisions and provide recommendations to leadership using data.
• Knowledgeable of drivers of optimal financial performance, and able to investigate and resolve complex billing / arbitration challenges.
• 4+ years of arbitration, medical billing or revenue cycle management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology tools, and adapts quickly to new processes/applications
• Enjoy working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative, virtual environment.
• Experience building new programs or processes preferred.
