The Clinical Recruiting Events Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and successful execution of more than 100 recruitment-focused events annually. These events play a critical role in attracting and hiring top-tier talent across the organization. This position oversees event logistics, vendor management, internal team coordination, and contributes directly to the effectiveness of national and regional recruiting initiatives. This is a hybrid position based out of our Dallas, TX office.

Job Highlights
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executes or provides support and guidance for over 100 recruitment events annually, ensuring alignment with the organization’s talent acquisition goals.
• Oversees scheduling, coordination, and training of the USAP Travel Team.
• Leads the planning and execution of the annual USAP Future Leaders in Anesthesia Conference.
• Manages logistics and execution for five national conferences each year, including contract negotiation, budgeting, and conference logistics.
• Creates a best practice guide for efficient and effective event management execution across all events.
• Liaises with the USAP marketing and communications organization to ensure alignment of event communications, cross functional collaboration, and resource sharing.
• Supervises one USAP Event Specialist providing day-to-day direction and performance oversight. This person will also provide direction and guidance to a distributed team of coordinators who manage local events
• Develops a year-over-year budgeting and strategy cadence to ensure a consistent approach to event cost and ROI
• Collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition leadership team and provide regular reporting on event performance, outcomes, and metrics.
• Travels up to 20% for on-site event management and stakeholder engagement.
