Overview
US Anesthesia Partners is the highest-quality single-specialty anesthesia practice in the United States, with over 6,000 employees distributed across 12 states. Our clinical and non-clinical staff support each other as they work toward a common vision: Empowering people to advance exceptional care. This Sr. HR Director (SHRD) is a business partner role supporting physician practices of great complexity and broad scope, and will liaise with teams across the business. This is a hybrid role based out of our Maitland, FL office.
As a Senior Director, the role will support critical HR functionality in the areas of employee relations, facilitation of training and development, practice policy/procedure development, employee recognition programs, performance management, and succession planning work. This role also partners with the corporate HR centers of excellence in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Management to deliver value-added programs. Other key responsibilities of this role are to drive HR initiatives, provide leadership to physician-led committees and participate in mergers and acquisitions as needed. The Senior Director will provide support for the full scope of human resources responsibilities in the assigned practice/platform under the leadership of a VP.
Since this role is a direct interfacing role with both the clinical and MSO teams, the role requires someone adept with balancing competing priorities that isn’t afraid to roll-up their sleeves, leverage HR Operational resources and be able to translate corporate guidance to the local market. The Senior Director should approach the work with providing an exceptional employee experience in mind. As such, building trust and rapport with operational and clinical leaders is imperative as the Senior Director facilitates day-to-day human resources needs.
The incumbent will have significant visibility while being supported by a collaborative and engaged HR leader.
At this time, US Anesthesia Partners does not hire candidates residing in New York, California, Hawaii, or Alaska.
