The Clinical Recruiter identifies qualified candidates for health care positions and performs full-cycle recruitment. This role is responsible for fully utilizing multiple recruiting resources to source, screen, qualify and hire all entry clinical levels to advance clinical job requisitions.

 

**The candidate will need to live in either the Orlando metro area or within the Naples/Fort Myers Tampa region of FL.****

Job Highlights

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation)

  • Facilitates a close relationship with local anesthesia residency programs to ensure a robust pipeline of future anesthesiologists.
  •  
  •  Collaborates with the regional business and clinical leaders to establish recruitment project plans and manages the execution and completion of those plans.
  • Executes sourcing campaigns and enrich candidate pipelines in our CRM.
  • Assists in the rollout and execution of recruitment projects and initiatives.
  • Assists in scheduling, attending, and managing recruitment events.
  • In collaboration with the regional HR team, ensures that candidates start on time, with all preparation completed so the clinical new hire is ready on day 1.
  • Assists in constructing and distributing detailed reports for Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Clinical Leadership teams.
  • Provides as-needed recruitment support to the National Talent Acquisition team.
  • Owns the sourcing of quality candidates through various channels.
  • Tracks the candidate application process from start to finish, documenting candidate activity in our applicant tracking system.
  • Interviews qualified candidates to determine organizational fit as well as appropriate technical, professional experience and holds required medical licensures.
  • Builds strong relationships and collaborates with clinical hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs and goals.
  • Timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Offers an exceptional candidate experience by going beyond the job description during phone screens to provide deeper insight into how the position fits within candidate’s respective skill set as well as how the position works within the company.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge and compliance with federal and state employment laws and guidelines.
  • Enriches candidate files in Beamery, which includes adding/updating contact information, education information, level of interest, and geographic preference.
  • Ensures the most up-to date data is used and redundant data is minimized.
  • Makes timely hiring recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is required.
  • Background in healthcare is preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Clinical Recruitment.
  • Experience in iCIMS, Beamery, Workday, or similar systems is ideal.
  • Solid attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • Self-motivated to exceed goals, results oriented.
  • Microsoft 365 experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
