We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client accounts within our organization, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develops and maintain strong relationships with anesthesia staffing operations, including hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Conducts thorough assessments of client staffing requirements and align our services to meet their specific needs and preferences.
  • Staffing Solutions: Collaborates with internal recruitment teams to identify suitable candidates for client placements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions.
  • Account Growth: Proactively identifies opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts, leveraging our range of staffing solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiates contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements that meet both client and company objectives.
  • Problem Resolution: Acts as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Stays informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and offerings accordingly.
  • Reporting: Prepares regular reports on account status, revenue forecasts, and other key performance metrics for internal review and strategic planning purposes.
  • Compliance: Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all client interactions and staffing placements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborates closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal team.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills to include intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of experience in account management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching.
  • Required normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports and evaluations. 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS (environment and safety):

  • Work performed in either an office environment or remote.
  • Involves frequent contact with executive leadership and professional staff.
  • Work may be stressful at times.
  • Interaction with others is frequent and often disruptive.
