Job Highlights

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:

 

  • Designs, develops, and maintains advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Crafts and optimizes Power BI data models and DAX queries.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance BI infrastructure.
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analytics.
  • Mentor team members in best practices of Power BI solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for BI processes and analytics.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a BI Analyst with advanced expertise in Power BI.
  • Ability to manage the full lifecycle of BI projects from development to administration.
  • Strong knowledge connecting to data warehouses and other data sources.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with SSRS and SSIS.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
