We’re seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer who will take charge of designing, deploying, and upkeeping the IT infrastructure critical to our organization’s seamless operations. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in server administration, virtualization platforms, Microsoft 365, and Azure services. Additionally, proficiency in PowerShell scripting is essential. Collaborating closely with our IT team, this individual will ensure our systems remain dependable, secure, and optimized for maximum productivity.

Salary Range: $99,300 - $105,000 

• Systems Administration: Manage and monitor server systems, including Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments. Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with Azure cloud services, including setup, configuration, and management. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, such as Intune (Endpoint Manager), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Endpoint Protection Manager (EPM), and the Microsoft stack in Azure.
• Backup Solutions: Experience with Veeam backup and replication solutions, including setup, configuration, and management. Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Scripting and Automation: Ability to script in PowerShell for automation of routine tasks and configuration management.
• Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Setup monitoring systems and tools to ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of our IT infrastructure. Experience with monitoring platforms like Datadog or Site24x7 is a plus.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Respond to IT infrastructure-related issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot complex problems and implement solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate regular reports on system performance, capacity, and security metrics.                

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a similar role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell.
• Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with enterprise level monitoring platforms (Datadog, Site24x7, etc.).
• Experience in a Healthcare environment
• Experience with server administration and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 services.
