    The RPA Software Developer is critical role in developing USAP’s robotic process automation (RPA).  The developer will take part in evaluating and building our RPA solutions and ensures completeness and accuracy throughout the development lifecycle.  The individual is also responsible for ensuring the processes are efficient, well structured, and adheres to best practice.


    • Supports RPA center of excellence to create automation solutions
    • Provides full operational support for all robots in the enterprise, including performance monitoring, incident response and recovery, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
    • Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
    • Perform other duties, as assigned


    • UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification with experience in application implementation/support domain
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • 1-3 years relevant work experience
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
    • Experience gathering requirements and creating solution design and build documentation
    • Must be methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented
    • Must be motivated and a self-starter and curious about how things work
    • Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, SQL Server, Azure Web Services, PowerBi, TFS/Git)
    • Scripting languages (e.g., python, Perl, Putty, VB, etc.)
    • Ability to manipulate large sets of data. Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
