    This role provides key administrative support to the human resource function.


    • Processing HR data transactions as needed
    • Maintain Associate personnel files and I-9’s, update paper/electronic files and create new hire files to ensure company and legal compliance
    • Lead New Hire Orientation for both NTX MSO and Clinical Associates
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
    • Act as the liaison between the Credentialing department and TA Operations Team
    • Manage and coordinate MSO and Clinical orientation and hire dates
    • Complete verification of employment requests
    • Provide and analyze data by providing Director of HR weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports via HRIS system to include turnover, monthly trends and analyzing exit surveys.
    • Order supplies for HR Department
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, events and other company engagement activities
    • Active member of the Employee Activity Committee (EAC)
    • Manage all EAC communications and be the HR Lead for MSO employee engagement
    • Assist with Associate HR communications
    • Receive, sort, and distribute department mail
    • Prepare and file Committee meeting agendas and meeting minutes
    • Research policies, programs and procedures as needed
    • Manage MSO recognition program
    • Complete admin tasks to include photocopying, mailing, scanning, note typing and invoice processing
    • Assures confidentiality of all employee information, using discretion when working with documents of a sensitive nature
    • Performs other related duties and projects as required and assigned

    REPORTING TO THIS POSITION:         No direct reports


    JOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality



    • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent preferred
    • 3 years experience in human resources
    • Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Experience using HR software and HRIS database
