    US Anesthesia Partners, Inc.’s Human Resources department has an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Integration Lead for one of North America’s leading Anesthesia companies. This position would provide advice and counsel to practice leaders, Human Resource professionals, clinicians, and other business partners across the United States regarding human resource function of an integration.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    The Human Resources (HR) team is focused on HR planning for mergers and acquisitions.  The role is responsible for working collaboratively on the HR activity and project management for due diligence, integration, and execution planning.  This role will partner with the integrations team, business development, legal, human resource leads, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition to develop and execute HR plans.  This role will be key for change management.



    •  In partnership with the VP, Human Resources and HR team this role will manage the HR critical work stream activity for mergers and acquisition.
    • This role will have a dotted line relationship to the SVP of Integrations.
    • Responsible for understanding the deal structure as it pertains to a specific market as defined by the Business Development Team.
    • Translate business development and/or requirements into HR project plans for the various HR functional groups to lead and execute.
    • Synthesize and present HR due diligence reports and recommendations, quantify major areas of HR risk and opportunities.
    • Plan and manage the HR aspects of the integration of acquisitions with talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and appropriate HR leads.
    • Partner with HR leads for integrations the HR organization and HR processes.
    • Ensure subject matter experts are engaged to develop a detailed implementation execution plan and track progress
    • Identify, track and monitor risk and issues with developing solutions for HR deliverables in change management, workforce administration, HR policies, and communication.
    • Lead the identification of risks, dependencies and interdependencies.
    • Ensure deliverables that are aligned to the overall business plan.
    • Knowledge of change management models

    • Sound judgment; ability to clearly make reasoned recommendations; ability to cross think and determine who should be kept
    • Self-starter with good business sense and a sense of urgency, honesty and

    • Ability to effectively manage computing priorities.
    • Ability to travel a significant amount of the time.


    Education and experience

    • B.A. in Human Resources or Related Field
    • MBA/MA – Business and Organizational Development
    • 8+ years Human Resources, HR consulting, and/or HR Operations
    • Complex program management, business acumen and finance skills
    • Strong relationship management and collaborative skills required
    • Knowledge of healthcare, a plus.
