    The Contract Management System Administrator will be responsible for providing Contract Management System support with respect to our contracts and other documentation. The Contract Management System Administrator would possess a strong commitment to the team environment dynamics, while simultaneously being a strong, independent self-starter, a quick learner, and be able to adapt and perform successfully under pressure. Additionally, the ideal candidate would thrive in a high volume, fast-paced organization and be able to multi-task and collaborate on various projects. The candidate must also possess an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff, as well as receive direction and feedback from management and their peers.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Administrative duties include setting up contract index information, setting up and filling out system records (Metadata), uploading documents to the Contract Management System, etc.
    • Monitor the Contracts email inbox for requests to retrieve archived documents from the Contract Management System, as well as documents that need to be uploaded to the Contract Management System.
    • Generate and distribute ad-hoc reports Will be the point person for Service of Process Notices
    • Will be responsible for maintaining the Outside Counsel Firm and Attorney Information Database
    • Will serve as Technical back-up for Legal Systems Support as needed
    • Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

    • Experience with Contract Management Systems and reporting preferred
    • Proactive, solution oriented, and able to identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Extensive computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat is required
    • Self-motivated, ability to work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with reading contracts and contract formats and the ability to pull specific information from the documents
    • High degree of professionalism
    • Solid written communication and reporting skills

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:

    • Associate Degree in business or related degree and/or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Contracts Management System
    • Experience in a law firm a plus
