    The Clinical Recruiter will perform full recruitment activities such as sourcing, recruitment and selection of key external talent for identified needs while maintaining a high level of service and achieving a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The primary focus of this recruiter's assignment is the Central and South Texas regions.

     

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

     

    • Performs full-cycle recruitment including candidate sourcing, resume and application review, phone screening of qualified applicants, interviews with hiring managers, and administer the offer process. Identify, screen and interview candidates for permanent and temporary placement
    • Assist in developing recruitment strategies supporting Employer of Choice strategy
    • Partner with onboarding coordinator to ensure a remarkable onboarding experience for new hires
    • Effective manage candidate profiles, requisitions and other information in the applicant tracking system. Reviews incoming applicants and maintains timely updates and documentation of all candidates and requisitions at each stage of the process
    • Takes ownership of the candidate and follows through with hiring managers and stakeholders in order to keep the candidate actively moving through the recruiting process  
    • Proactively provides reports on the status of openings and candidates as requested. Create employment contracts for all new clinical providers
    • Attends conferences, meetings, lunch and learns, career events, etc., as a USAP ambassador and applies great communication and networking skills to recruit and build a pipeline of potential candidates
    • Coordinate pre-employment process including drug testing, background checks and Skills Survey
    • Act as a liaison between candidate, Credentialing, and Human Resources Serve as source of recruitment information for senior management (i.e. changes and trends in industry, salary data, recruitment activity)
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Must be able to work out of our Dallas Texas office
    • Communicate well with the public

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
    • 1 year of direct experience recruiting clinicians
    • Experience recruiting Anesthesiologists and/or CRNAs is a plus
