    POSITION SUMMARY:   Provide support to revenue operations by creating and managing a holistic reporting strategy for the organization through data management and visualization tools (Power BI) while also providing insightful analytics to business leaders and process improvement professionals through the creation of various reports and dashboards. This role would be responsible for leading the reporting strategy for the organization and the creation and maintenance of the supporting reports and databases for the revenue cycle organization.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

    • Participate in the strategy and vision for Business Intelligence reporting, spanning through the RCM organization, ad-hoc query and analysis, and other BI solutions
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for various business units
    • Provide technical leadership to management on database and reporting matters
    • General administration of Power BI including reporting and analysis. This includes serving as primary point of contact and subject matter for the RCM organization
    • Develop metrics, KPIs, analytics and dashboards to provide performance measurement and drive business performance
    • Perform project management. Manage simultaneous complex initiatives, both strategic and tactical. Identify key objectives, risks and drivers to create appropriate plans.   Facilitate group discussions, drive to consensus, assign deliverables, track and manage delivery of project commitments
    • Perform data inspection, cleanup and governance to ensure data integrity
    • Proactively identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements to improve system efficiencies
    • Support day-to-day operational needs/requests of the revenue cycle team teams
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine what will best drive business goals
    • Review and approve project documents; conduct testing for various projects related to all sales tools



    • 4+ years’ experience in a business reporting in a healthcare setting
    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Business-related focus is preferred
    • Revenue Cycle experience is required
    • Fluent SQL and BI Tool experience is required
    • Power BI or exposure to other BI tools is preferred
