This position is responsible for managing the reception desk and supporting the operations in all aspects of facility and administrative functions for the USAP-CO office. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting and directing visitors, answering the telephone and routing incoming calls and deliveries for the company, coordinating day to day operations for the courier and mail room, assisting in event planning and coordination and all other administrative duties as assigned by VP of Operations and/or other senior staff members.


  • Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and design internal event flyers and other fun communication pieces.
  • Command of English, grammar, written reports and speaking; able to sort and alphabetize accurately.
  • Skill in answering a multi-line telephone system, switchboard.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant disposition and telephone voice, and high tolerance level for diverse personalities.
  • Well organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize work.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with co-workers, management, provider administrative personnel, physicians, vendors and external customers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Intermediate computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Working knowledge of Power Point and Publisher is a plus.




  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of receptionist experience required, healthcare setting preferred.
