The Charge Capture Project/Vendor Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the planning, coordination and implementation of USAP projects and processes while providing a single point of contact for vendor-related topics. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas, departments affected by the project including end users, IT integration and client services. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts meetings, effectively and efficiently to divide tasks, responsibilities and track analysis. Provides regular project team updates and briefs Senior Leadership as required. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages vendor deliverables and monitors quality of vendor deliverables for consistency. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends course of action to direct the analysis and solutions or escalation of problems.
