Overview
The Senior Manager – Automation – RCM is responsible for leading the implementation, execution, and optimization of automation solutions across the healthcare revenue cycle. This role partners closely with operational leaders, IT, analytics, compliance, and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, enhance accuracy, strengthen controls, and improve financial outcomes.
This role serves as a technical and operational partner responsible for executing automation initiatives, managing implementation projects, supporting process improvement efforts, and ensuring automation solutions meet business requirements. This role focuses on automation delivery, stakeholder coordination, vendor collaboration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization across revenue cycle functions.

The base pay estimate for this role is $89,000 - $151,300 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.
