This position supports and enhances internal and external communications initiatives to improve how U. S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) connects with employees, associations, prospective partners and community members utilizing digital and social media communication and marketing efforts.

 

Responsibilities

US Anesthesia Partners is looking for a Digital Communications Manager to join our growing team. The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape and be able to:

 

  • Develop and implement a relevant social media strategy and framework
  • Develop, curate and post content on USAP social platforms
  • Monitor and post on blogs and social networks, engage in online forums
  • Lead the evolution to next generation of the USAP website
  • Develop, curate and post content on USAP web site
  • Expand applicability and use of internal digital platforms (intranet, mobile app, etc.)
  • Lead virtual teams of USAP digital ambassadors
  • Maintains knowledge of current industry practices to make recommendations as related to information design and monitors competitive environment (often using metrics) to improve/grow online and digital presence
  • Reinforce USAP style guide
  • Assist with external marketing and USAP branding events
  • Assist in development and preparation in various communications sources (email, social media, blogs, etc.)
  • Communicate with internal clients to explain communication goals, methos and objectives and ensure satisfaction with project delivery
  • Participate in areas outside the digital landscape to drive effective organizational communication.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications
  • 3-5 Years of relevant experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Global Research Skills
  • Experience with social media platforms including (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Google+, etc.      
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Interactive Video
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to grammar and details
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills
