Overview

Responsible for managing the physician compensation process, division financial performance reviews, and payroll process functions for multiple locations. Position is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously improve physician compensation models for each division and provide analytical support to the division managers.
  • Manage the physician compensation financial analyst, the payroll supervisor and the payroll administrator.
  • Pursue continuous improvement of data collection, analytical processes, reporting methods, and financial modeling techniques.
  • Supervise multiple payroll cycles on various payroll systems.
  • Manage any necessary changes needed to the payroll system such as setting up new earnings codes, deduction codes, PTO plans and any other elements needed to process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage company profit sharing funding requirements, timely deposits, and manage the needs of the Annual 5500 Audit.
  • Collaborates with the other finance department employees and managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
  • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist in the education and enforcement of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Participate on with tasks and special projects as assigned by the COO.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

  • Effective information systems security is a team effort involving the participation and support of every Anesthesia Care employee who deals with information and/or information systems. It is the responsibility of every computer user to:

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or appropriate field of study or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in similar duties.
