This role provides key administrative support to the human resource function.   


  • Processing HR data transactions including new hire data entry, payroll changes, transfers, terminations, job title and status changes.
  • Maintaining associates personnel files to ensure company and legal compliance
  • Completes verification of employment requests
  • Support HR BP’s with pre-employment process including background checks and drug test
  • Coordinate engagement activities
  • Serves as the key point for reporting and serves as the site subject matter expert for the HRIS system.
  • Provides weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to each HR Director and HR BP’s
  • Assures confidentiality of all employee information, using discretion when working with documents of a sensitive nature.
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  • Assists with recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned


  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2+ years experience in human resources
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience using HR software and HRIS database
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
