Overview
This position performs daily and month-end ledger close activities related to cash management and bank deposit reconciliation analysis. All new hires must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Job Highlights
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
· Prepares and analyzes daily/monthly bank statements to USAP postings, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
· Review suspense accounts and goal tracking.
· Prepares daily posting totals for distribution and records cash deposits.
· Works with cash management staff relative to billing and collections transactions in revenue cycle management system and accounts for that activity in the master log, as needed.
· Daily reconciliation of incoming deposits and posting down to batch level
· Responds to financial inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
· Develops and maintains Cash Management data repository, deposit spreadsheets, and multi-system balance workflow.
· Assists Cash Management manager by assembling and presenting any requested information necessary for the preparation of monthly statements.
· Other duties, as assigned
